What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
Most international orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Do NuPhy keyboards support both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all NuPhy keyboards are designed with full compatibility for both macOS and Windows. Each keyboard includes dedicated system toggles and replacement keycaps for both layouts.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
How long does the battery last on wireless models?
Battery life varies by model and RGB usage, but our Air series typically offers up to 48 hours of continuous use with lights on, and several weeks with RGB lighting turned off.
Are NuPhy switches hot-swappable?
Most of our latest models, including the Air and Halo series, feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their destination country. These costs are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.
