We want you to be completely satisfied with your NuPhy gear; if you are not, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full return.

Return Process

  Securely pack the keyboard, accessories, and manuals in the original box to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated return center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
